Restoration / Construction Project Manager

About the Role

VersaPro Restoration & Construction is a well-established and growing General Contractor specializing in insurance restoration. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration/construction projects from start to finish.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position offering a competitive salary, benefits, paid time off, and performance-based bonuses.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction and restoration projects—from initial planning through final completion. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction and restoration projects from planning to completion
• Manage 20–25 active jobs simultaneously ranging from $1,500 to $300,000
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution
• Manage and direct in-house staff and multiple subcontractors at the same time
• Assist in estimating project costs and preparing detailed budgets
• Develop, track, and maintain project schedules and timelines
• Communicate effectively with clients, answering questions and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct final quality control walkthroughs to ensure company standards are met
• Oversee material procurement, ordering, and delivery
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction management or restoration project management
• Experience handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Xactimate software (preferred)
• Experience with Dash or similar CRM/project management software (a plus)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in email, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and project management tools to ensure timely and efficient job completion
• Highly detail-oriented with strong time management abilities
• Experience with insurance repairs and disaster restoration is a plus
