What are we looking for?
The Senior Site Reliability Engineer is responsible for setting up and managing monitoring systems, analyzing performance metrics, and responding to incidents to ensure the reliability and availability of services.
Where you will have an impact
System Reliability & Performance: Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of systems and services.
Automation: Develop and implement automated solutions for operational tasks and infrastructure management.
Monitoring & Alerting: Design and maintain monitoring tools, dashboards, and alerting systems to provide visibility into system health.
Collaboration: Work closely with development teams on system design, feature deployment, and risk mitigation.
Capacity Planning: Perform capacity planning to ensure optimal system performance and scalability.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for system architecture and troubleshooting procedures.
What’s necessary to do the job?
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology or engineering fields or equivalent combination or experience and education.
Minimum (5) Years Related Work Experience
Extensive experience with SolarWinds
Experience with Manage Engine and Key Manager
Extensive experience with Dynatrace
Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, scripting (Python, Shell) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Knowledge of software engineering best practices as they would apply to infrastructure.
