Marketing Liaison (LPN/RN Required)
Territory: Versailles & Fairborn, Ohio
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Marketing Liaison to oversee and grow referral relationships within the Versailles and Fairborn, Ohio territory. This position serves as a key representative of our organization by developing partnerships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, community agencies, and other healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical knowledge with excellent communication and marketing skills to promote services, support patient transitions, and strengthen community presence. Because of the clinical nature of this role, candidates must hold an active LPN or RN license.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain referral relationships within assigned territory
Serve as the primary liaison between healthcare providers, referral sources, patients, and families
Educate referral sources on services, programs, and admission criteria
Conduct routine visits to hospitals, physician offices, assisted living facilities, and community partners
Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure smooth patient transitions
Identify opportunities for business growth and community outreach
Participate in networking events, health fairs, and marketing initiatives
Maintain accurate records of referral activity and territory development efforts
Monitor market trends and competitor activity within assigned territory
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted LPN or RN license in the State of Ohio
Previous experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, case management, or business development preferred
Strong understanding of healthcare systems and referral processes
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/documentation systems
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Preferred Skills
Experience working in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, hospice, or long-term care
Established relationships within the Versailles and/or Fairborn healthcare communities
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
