Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize LTL outbound shipments and package carrier operations
- Coordinate inbound logistics with third-party logistics providers
- Oversee our freight forwarding
- Negotiate with LTL, package, and freight carriers to secure cost-effective solutions
- Implement package optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Track KPIs, analyze performance, and recommend improvements
- At least 5–10 years of experience in logistics (LTL, package carriers, third-party logistics, and freight forwarding preferred)
- Proven expertise in freight negotiation and package optimization
- Strong problem-solving and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in logistics software/tools
