Position Overview

The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients on complex employment matters and emerging workplace trends.
Experience and Qualifications
- Significant experience advising employers on labor and employment matters.
- Experience handling employment litigation and administrative proceedings.
- Strong business judgment, leadership skills, and client service orientation.
- Demonstrated success originating, managing, and expanding client relationships.
- Commitment to collaboration, mentorship, and exceptional client service.
- Desire to collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Established labor and employment practice with a portable book of business of at least $500,000.
- Admission to practice, or ability to obtain admission, in Massachusetts.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base salary for this position starts at $225,000. This is Verrill’s good faith estimate of the annual salary for the position at the time of this posting for the indicated location. Final base salary will be determined by several factors including, but not limited to, book of business, skills, experience, job-related qualifications and other market factors. This range represents only one component of a comprehensive compensation and benefits package at Verrill.
