- Annual earning potential between $65,000 and $150,000, depending on performance
- Uncapped commissions and monthly bonus incentives

- Sell a range of personal insurance products through a consultative approach
- Manage and follow up on a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and close additional product lines
- Maintain client relationships with a strong focus on service and retention
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license (required)
- Prior experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong advantage
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
