Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized auto insurance quotes using our comparative rating system
- Sell a range of personal insurance products through a consultative approach
- Manage and follow up on a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and close additional product lines
- Maintain client relationships with a strong focus on service and retention
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve and exceed sales goals
Requirements:
- Possesses a P&C or Personal Lines license – or is willing to obtain it within 30 days (we’ll provide training and help you get licensed!)
- Prior experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong advantage
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
