Responsibilities
- Safely operate shuttle buses, delivery vehicles, limousines, and other commercial vehicles according to traffic laws and company policies
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing inquiries professionally
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and optimal performance
- Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to schedules and traffic regulations
- Assist with heavy lifting when loading or unloading cargo or luggage, ensuring proper handling techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate pickups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage logs, and vehicle maintenance activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a shuttle driver, delivery driver, bus driver, or limousine driver with a strong safety record
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type
- Experience with paratransit services or school bus driving is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong driving skills with a focus on safety, punctuality, and customer satisfaction
