The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating various types of vehicles, including mini vans, cars, while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles, or other commercial vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a positive experience during each trip
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and proper functioning
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including those requiring special accommodations such as paratransit services
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and vehicle conditions
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate schedules and address any operational issues
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure passenger and driver safety at all times

Skills
- Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving
- Strong knowledge of driving regulations and safety standards for commercial vehicles
- Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with passengers and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with vehicle maintenance tasks when necessary
- Experience in paratransit services or school bus driving is preferred
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., CDL for commercial driving)
- F Endorsment on Driver License
- Good organizational skills to manage schedules and vehicle logs effectively
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
