Client Overview:
Vernovis is partnering with a leading organization to find a highly skilled Service Desk Tech III.
What You'll Do:
- Provide help desk and desktop support-- primarily internal support
- Resolve escalated support issues from Service Desk Tech 2 and 1.
- Assist with ongoing projects such as system refresh and MDM setup.
- Conduct small group training sessions (e.g., creating pivot tables).
- Troubleshoot and administer Office 365, including multifactor authentication and SSO.
What Experience You'll Have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience (4 years preferred, or equivalent certifications/degree).
- Proficiency in Windows 10 (Windows 11 is a plus).
- Strong remote support skills and familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., EasyVista).
- Experience with multifactor authentication and SSO.
What Experience is Nice to Have:
- Experience with Intune and Azure AD.
