Client Overview:
Vernovis partnering with a leading enterprise organization undergoing a large-scale contact center transformation, focused on modernizing and optimizing CCaaS platforms and customer experience solutions.
What You'll Do:
Design end-to-end CCaaS solution architecture including voice, IVR, ACD, routing, and call flows
Architect digital channels (chat, email, SMS, social) and agent/supervisor experiences
Lead integration design between CCaaS and enterprise systems (CRM, billing, IAM, analytics)
Facilitate requirements gathering, design workshops, and solution validation with business and vendor stakeholders
Act as architecture lead across project phases, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards and governance
Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints while driving mitigation strategies and decision-making
What Experience You'll Have:
Hands-on experience with CCaaS platforms (e.g., NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, Five9)
Strong understanding of contact center operations, call routing, IVR, and digital engagement
Experience with solution architecture across cloud, SaaS, APIs, and system integrations
Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions in enterprise environments
What Experience is Nice to Have:
Experience with CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce) and data/analytics platforms
Knowledge of security, identity, and compliance within SaaS environments
Relevant certifications (CCaaS platforms, cloud certifications, or architecture frameworks)
