What You'll Do:
Lead FP&A activities, including annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and variance analysis.
Perform sales analytics and develop reporting to identify business drivers and trends.
Manage monthly financial consolidation, including international subsidiary reporting.
Develop And Present Operational KPIs (Power BI Experience Preferred).
Support monthly financial close and reporting processes.
Participate in acquisition integration and ERP/software implementations.
Handle ad hoc projects and analysis requests.
What Experience You'll Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum 5 Years Of Relevant Experience.
Expert-level Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
What Experience Is Nice To Have
Excel Expert
Power BI experience.
Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Microsoft NAV, SAP).
Experience with acquisition integration or ERP implementations.
