Job Title: Corporate Accounting, Senior Manager

Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000

What You'll Do:
- Lead consolidation of multiple trial balances using OneStream
- Deliver standard monthly reporting and ad hoc reporting from OneStream
- Support the annual external audit process
- Prepare monthly and quarterly debt compliance and continuation notices
- Partner with FP&A on quarterly compliance certifications
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for the AR securitization facility
- Account for hedging transactions, including quarterly valuation updates
- Collaborate with Payroll, Fleet, FP&A, Integration, and other teams to ensure accurate accruals and financial reporting
- Prepare consolidated financial reporting for Executive Team, Board, and ownership groups
- Support M&A activities, including opening balance sheet accounting for acquisitions
- Assist with post-acquisition integration of accounting operations, policies, and procedures
- Prepare consolidated equity and cash flow statements
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for ownership and strategic initiatives
What Experience You'll Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; MAcc or MBA preferred
- 6–10 years of accounting experience; 3–5 years in corporate accounting preferred
- CPA preferred
- Experience with OneStream, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Avalara, or Great Plains a plus
- Strong ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Highly self-motivated with strong time management skills
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
