What You'll Do:
- Technical Support: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of solutions for assigned technical product/platform
- Solution Development: Develop and implement solutions that enhance the functionality and performance of assigned products or platforms
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Code/ configuration Review and Quality Assurance: Participate in reviews and ensure that solutions meet quality standards and best practices
- Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing support and maintenance for existing systems
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute to innovation and continuous improvement in platform solutions
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
This is a hybrid role (in Columbus Ohio office Tues-Thurs)
- 3 - 5 years SAP experience required.
- On-call will be expected for major incidents.
- Skills for SAP Engineer – Knowledge of SAP MM, PM, FI/CO, Basis, GRC, ABAP
- This is a service owner role accountable for the service level of SAP.
- Must be familiar with ITIL support practices (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Release Management)
- Familiar with ServiceNow
- Must be a contract to hire arrangement
