What You'll Do:
Drive analytics initiatives from discovery through data modeling, analysis, visualization, and dashboard delivery.
Partner with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain leaders to identify analytical needs and translate them into actionable insights.
Elicit and refine business requirements through interviews, workshops, and iterative stakeholder feedback.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports that integrate data from ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
Craft advanced SQL queries and build reusable data models, metric definitions, and transformation logic to support business intelligence.
Leverage Databricks, relational databases, and other analytics platforms to prepare and analyze large, complex datasets.
Lead and support ERP/CRM data migration efforts to ensure accuracy, integrity, and minimal business disruption.
Validate data quality and collaborate with data engineering teams to resolve pipeline, transformation, and governance issues.
Mentor and coach junior analysts on tools, methodologies, and effective business communication.
Advocate for data literacy and uphold high standards in reporting, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics.
5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or lead role.
Advanced SQL expertise and proven ability to work with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, SyteLine, or Salesforce.
Track record of designing dashboards, KPIs, and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, business partners, and executives.
Demonstrated experience gathering requirements, validating needs, and driving iterative BI development in cross-functional environments.
Skilled at managing and prioritizing projects across diverse stakeholders with varying levels of data literacy.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Experience with Databricks SQL, Delta Lake, or cloud-based data platforms for large-scale data preparation and analysis.
Background in ERP/CRM data migration projects with an emphasis on accuracy and consistency.
Knowledge of data governance, quality validation, and metadata documentation.
Familiarity with dimensional modeling and business intelligence architecture best practices.
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Exposure to Agile practices and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Git.
Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
