What You’ll Do:Lead IT operational planning and oversee technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Manage IT service delivery, implementing ITIL-based service management practices for high-quality support.
Direct network and system administration, ensuring performance, reliability, and cybersecurity compliance.
Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
Oversee IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor management to ensure cost-effective operations.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals focused on infrastructure, systems, and service delivery.
Drive continuous improvement, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; Master’s preferred.
10 years of IT operations experience with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks, network architecture, and infrastructure management.
Experience managing enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and business continuity/disaster recovery.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Professional certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or PMP.
Experience supporting multi-site operations or manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with cloud environments and modern security frameworks.
