Healthcare Sales Rep
Field-Based Sales – south LA, Long Beach, CA; Redondo Beach, CA; Torrence, CA; Whittier, CA
Compensation: $90,000–$95,000 base | $125,000 OTE

What You’ll Do:
As a Healthcare Account Executive, you will be a key player in fostering relationships with case managers, social workers, and care coordinators within hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNF), and long-term care (LTC) settings across your territory. Your focus will be driving referral generation and expanding your book of business—particularly within Long Beach, CA; Redondo Beach, CA; Torrence, CA; Whittier, CA—while consistently meeting or exceeding your sales and performance metrics. This is a highly strategic field sales role, requiring both persistence and a data-driven approach to achieve defined goals.

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in hospice, home health, or senior living markets
- Established book of business within the south LA market
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with case managers, social workers, and care coordinators in hospital, SNF, and LTC environments
- Demonstrated success generating referrals and meeting measurable sales goals
- Strong analytical mindset—comfortable working with metrics and leveraging data to drive results
- Road Warrior - out in the field 90% of your day
Nice to Have:
- Experience expanding target markets and territory growth strategies
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems or CRM platforms
Other Requirements:
- Reliable transportation with willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territories
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to adapt your schedule to meet client and business needs
