Job Summary
We are seeking an AI Continuous Improvement Specialist to identify and implement process improvements across the organization. This role combines process analysis, continuous improvement, change management, and AI/automation to improve efficiency, standardization, and business outcomes.
The position will work with cross-functional teams to map processes, identify opportunities, evaluate AI and automation use cases, and implement sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and automation.
- Create current- and future-state process maps and flow diagrams.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, root cause analysis, and process improvement workshops.
- Identify and evaluate AI, automation, and analytics use cases based on business value, cost, risk, and feasibility.
- Build, configure, test, and deploy AI agents and automations.
- Establish metrics and measure improvements in time, cost, quality, and productivity.
- Partner with IT, data, and platform teams to move successful solutions into production.
- Monitor and improve AI solution performance, including prompts, workflows, and model selection.
- Document solutions, processes, and reusable AI/automation practices.
- Support change management, user adoption, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
- Communicate recommendations and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in continuous improvement, business analysis, process improvement, operations, automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives with measurable results.
- Strong process mapping, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional workshops and driving change.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, or advanced analytics.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Glean, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience partnering with IT, software, or data teams to implement technology solutions.
- Change management training or certification preferred.
