Overview: The LST Secretary ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the Learning Support Team.
Reports to: Team Leader

Calendar: 12-Month Employee, 7:30am - 4:00pm
Qualifications: Education and experience equivalent to high school graduation
Professional/Personal Characteristics:
- Previous experience in an educational setting preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently under varying deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
- Proficient with Google G-Suite, office and phone equipment
Job Responsibilities:
- Frontline communication for parents and students
- Record and implement incoming attendance calls
- Monitor truancy throughout the day
- Participate in weekly MTSS meetings with Team Leader, Counselors & Social Workers
- Clerical and communication support for counselors, social worker and team director
- Assist other educational support personnel with various projects
- Support all tasks as assigned by supervisor
