Contact Center Representative – South Burlington, VT


Vermont Federal Credit Union is recruiting for a Contact Center Representative out of our South Burlington Operations Center.

Hourly Range: $22.73 - $34.10

Job Description:

  • Provide professional and quality telephone service to members and nonmembers.
  • Resolving member inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintains member account information to ensure records are accurate.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous and friendly atmosphere for members and co-workers.
  • Process transactions as directed by identified members.
  • Recommend products and services to members that enhance their financial life.
  • Respond knowledgably to various inquiries by non-members.
  • Guide, support and educate members on usage of digital capabilities.

Requirements:

  • One to three years of similar or related experience.
  • A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required.
  • Dedication to teamwork and building a strong relationship with co-workers.
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to the Credit Union’s Core Values is required.
