St. Joseph Kervick Residence in Rutland is looking to hire part-time and fulltime LNAs or Nurse Aides - Day, Evening and Night Shift hours available.
St. Joseph Kervick Residence is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented LNA or Nurse Aide dedicated to delivering exceptional care to active seniors in a supportive, team-oriented environment. You’ll use strong communication and organizational skills to assist with daily care needs, and champion resident dignity and independence. LNA/Nurse Aide Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
As an LNA or Nurse Aide, you’ll be a vital part of our residents’ daily lives, helping them maintain dignity and independence. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting residents with mobility and comfort
- Providing care according to residents’ care plans.
- Communicating observations to nursing staff
- Maintaining a safe and homelike environment while responding and attending to residents’ physical and psychosocial needs appropriately.
- Documenting resident information in charts by completing reports, logs and records
- Contributing to a positive and respectful team culture
LNA/Nuse Aide Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- LNA license preferred but not required.
