Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Maryville, TN with occasional coverage in the other offices in Lenoir City and Maryville. This position is responsible for greeting clients and visitors, managing incoming phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Daily tasks include scheduling and confirming appointments, handling client check-ins and check-outs, client intake, and maintaining an organized reception area. The role also involves performing basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, mail handling, and managing office supplies. The Receptionist supports a professional and welcoming atmosphere by providing attentive customer service and clear communication to clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and basic office administration.
- Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to handle calls professionally and relay information accurately.
- Candidates should also be able to spark up and maintain friendly conversations with clients both in person and over the phone and feel comfortable with small talk and showing care and empathy to clients and people who connect with the firm.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and a client-focused mindset in all interactions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
