We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Verizon Wireless retail store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the Verizon Wireless retail store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee performance.
- Train, develop and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Analyze sales reports and take appropriate action to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized and properly stocked with merchandise.
- Maintain knowledge of current Verizon Wireless products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with Verizon Wireless policies and procedures, as well as all local, state, and federal laws.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to employees.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of store inventory, sales, and expenses.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Wireless retail management.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a successful sales team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and develop strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Knowledge of Verizon Wireless products and services is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, stocking shelves, and moving merchandise.
