Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers to identify wireless and technology needs
• Drive sales of Verizon wireless plans, devices, accessories, insurance, and connected products
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations
• Utilize strong sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products and services
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
• Stay current on Verizon products, promotions, pricing, and industry trends
• Handle activations, upgrades, account maintenance, and troubleshooting efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing sales training, and performance coaching

Qualifications

• Previous retail, wireless, or commission-based sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong closing ability and confidence in overcoming objections
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and technology proficiency
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required
