Role Description
We are seeking a driven, bilingual (English/Spanish) sales professional to identify, contact, and sign property owners and heirs entitled to unclaimed assets. This is a 1099 contractor position with uncapped commission potential, ideal for a self-motivated closer who can build rapport quickly — in either language.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound outreach (phone, text, email, in-person as applicable) to individuals and estates identified as having unclaimed property.
• Clearly explain the unclaimed property recovery process, Verity Advisors’ role, and the engagement terms — in both English and Spanish.
• Secure signed representation agreements from property owners or authorized heirs.
• Build trust with prospects who may be skeptical of unsolicited contact regarding unclaimed assets.
• Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity and signed engagements.
• Coordinate handoff of signed clients and supporting documents to the Document Pro / operations team.
• Follow all applicable state regulations governing third-party asset recovery solicitation.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required.
• Proven track record in commission-based or outside sales (asset recovery, insurance, real estate, financial services, or similar industries preferred).
• Comfortable with cold outreach and overcoming objections.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive conversations around estates, deceased family members, and financial matters.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed.
• Must be able to operate independently as a 1099 contractor (no base salary; commission only).
• Familiarity with unclaimed property or probate processes is a plus but not required.
