Job Description: Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Provide coverage for administrative tasks across departments as needed.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting materials.
Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and document preparation.
Meeting & Event Coordination:
Organize meeting logistics, including room reservations and technology setup.
Act as point of contact for catering requests, ensuring timely and accurate service.
Confirm headcount, dietary needs, and vendor coordination for catered events.
Vendor & Budget Management:
Maintain relationships with approved catering vendors.
Track catering expenses and reconcile invoices in compliance with budget guidelines.
Office Operations:
Support reception duties when required.
Assist with supply ordering and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards during events.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- 2 years in administrative support or office coordination.
