What are the responsibilities and job description for the A/V Tier II Technician position at Veritas Technology Services, LLC?
Audio/Visual Tech II
Three to five years Senior level AV technician or AV installer experience with
leadership responsibilities
Proficiency and in-depth knowledge of AV and IT systems and troubleshooting
Ability to read Architectural and schematic diagrams (AV Systems and Building
Drawings)
Proficiency with PCs and MS Office
Audio DSP programming and balancing (design is plus)
Crestron/AUX/Extron Control System loading and debugging (programming is
plus)
Schedule based project management
VTC (video tele-conference) and Digital Media knowledge and experience
Proficiency to coordinate and plan complex meeting events
Train Users on equipment
Provide Technical setup and support for Web Conferencing (Adobe Connect,
WebEx, Zoom, MS Teams, GoogleMeet, etc…) and be able to troubleshoot equipment and equipment interfaces
Setup, furniture, microphones and Tear down of rooms before and after meeting events
Promote a continuous quality improvement effort to enhance the services provided to clients and other staff by demonstrating positive attitudes and actions through a display of courtesy, congeniality, cooperation, professionalism, and sensitivity
Protect the confidentiality of information, including Client lists and interactions within areas of own position responsibilities
Provide other duties and services, as requested by Client.
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
Minimum of 2 professional Certifications required (Cisco/Microsoft/AMX/Crestron, etc)
5 Years of advanced level AV experience preferred
Exceptional Work Ethic a Must!

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
