Job Duties/Responsibilities
Providing direct care and assistance to patients in a short term rehab facility.
*Communicates with nursing staff and care team, effectively both verbally and in writing.
*Prepares patients for therapy services, appointments and meals.
*Assists with ADL's
*Takes vitals and records them according to protocol.
*Answers call lights and assists patients in a timely manner.
*Performs charting duties as required and in accordance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid C N A certification
*Background check will be completed prior to hire.
Salary : $20 - $24
