Kinesis Transportation is growing its independent contractor network.
We're building out our courier contractor pool across Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Denver Metro, and the Front Range ahead of new routes coming online.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity — not an employee position. Contractors set their own route and pace within each delivery window and are free to work with other companies.
Estimated pay equivalent: $18–$24/hr depending on route volume and efficiency. Actual compensation is paid per completed delivery/route, not as an hourly wage.
What's required to qualify:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Current auto insurance with commercial/delivery-use coverage
Your own reliable, well-maintained vehicle (cargo van, sprinter, or sedan/SUV)
Ability to lift 25 lbs and possibly more
Comfortable using a smartphone and delivery app
Reliable communication with dispatch to keep delivery windows on track
Professional appearance and clean vehicle when in front of clients
Must pass a background check and drug screening as a condition of contracting
