We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Application Manager to lead the development, support, and modernization of enterprise Salesforce applications. This role will oversee technical delivery, platform reliability, production support, and team leadership for mission-critical Salesforce environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce engineering teams responsible for application development, support, and enhancements.
- Oversee Salesforce architecture, integrations, data models, security, and platform best practices.
- Support Service Cloud and related customer service or field service workflows.
- Manage production support, incident response, release management, and system reliability.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize roadmap items and platform improvements.
- Mentor team members, guide technical execution, and communicate risks, progress, and system health to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in Salesforce application development, engineering, or enterprise technology environments.
- Experience leading Salesforce development or engineering teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and data modeling.
- Experience supporting production systems, incident response, and high-availability applications.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and governance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Field Service Lightning.
- Salesforce certifications.
- Exposure to Salesforce AI, Agentforce, automation, or intelligent workflow tools.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, contact center platforms, or service operations environments.
Salary : $144,000 - $195,000
