What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Compensation Consultant, position at Veritas Prime?
Location:
This is a remote position (within the United States), or you can work from one of our offices in Yarmouth, ME; Shawnee, KS; or Orlando, FL.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position will likely be $115,000 - $155,000. However, compensation above or below that range may be offered depending on experience.
Position Details:
- Conduct regular periodic sessions with Client to discuss progress of the Implementation
- Conduct strategy sessions with custom by identifying the client's current process and future state needs
- Lead a team of consultants
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration options, integration points and best practices
- Mentor new consultants and monitor their process on shadow/learning assignments
- Participate in demo sessions for sales meetings with prospective clients
- Provide regular feedback to management on the development and performance of the consulting team
Qualifications
SAP SuccessFactors Certifications:
- Associate or Professional Compensation Certification preferred
- Associate or Professional PMGM Certification preferred
- Additional SAP SuccessFactors Certifications (ideal but not required)
SAP SuccessFactors Experience:
- 3 - 4 years
Project Experience:
- Led 3 - 4 medium to large-scale projects
- Involved in 7 projects
Physical Requirements:
- This position requires periods of sitting at a desk, standing, and working on a computer
Salary : $115,000 - $155,000
