Senior Director, Portfolio Analytics & Pricing Strategy (Consumer Banking) - DC

Hybrid, 3-4 days in DC/Northern VA office

Summary:

• The Sr Director will be joining established team in Northern VA office - 3-4 days per week
• Seeking a hands-on leader; balancing team mentoring & guidance while holding strategic leadership presence (including meeting with stakeholders)
• The Senior Director will drive pricing strategy, product performance insights, and portfolio optimization across the Auto Lending and Unsecured Lending businesses (including Personal Loans, Student Loans, and Overdraft Lines of Credit).
• The incumbent will lead a team of 2 analysts (and will help grow this team out further)

Qualifications:

• 12 years of relevant experience required
• 5 years of managerial experience (ideal)
• Deep expertise in consumer lending economics, pricing optimization tools, and analytical storytelling to support sustainable growth, risk-adjusted returns, and competitive positioning.
• Leadership experience is a requirement as well
• Proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Tech: Working knowledge with a majority of these is highly preferred: SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, Snowflake, Salesforce
• Pricing systems: Nomis and FICO Loan Pricing Optimizer (both are preferred, not required)
• Product, Risk, Decision Science, and Finance teams experience are ideal backgrounds/skillsets
• Bachelor’s Degree required in Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Master’s Degree or MBA preferred
• AI tool experience preferred
