Corporate Attorney (3–6 Years) – Los Angeles
A highly regarded, elite boutique law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a talented corporate attorney with 3–6 years of relevant experience to join its dynamic and growing practice.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with emerging growth and middle-market companies across a broad range of sophisticated corporate matters. The ideal candidate will have experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity financings, commercial agreements, and general corporate governance.
Candidates should also have hands-on experience representing early-stage companies from formation through multiple rounds of venture capital financing. A strong foundation in advising on acquisition and divestiture strategies, deal structuring, and post-closing integration is essential.
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of corporate transactional experience at a BigLaw or comparable firm
- Demonstrated experience with M&A, venture capital, and private equity transactions
- Experience advising startups and high-growth companies throughout their lifecycle
- Experience with organizational structures, including limited liability companies, and commercial contracting
- California Bar admission (required)
- Top-tier law school credentials strongly preferred
