Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor audit associates during audits, reviews, and related assurance engagements
- Manage day-to-day fieldwork, including coordination with client teams and internal leadership
- Review workpapers and reports prepared by junior staff and provide constructive feedback
- Foster client relationships by understanding their businesses and delivering tailored service
- Support development of associates through on-the-job training and performance feedback
- Collaborate with shareholders, managers, and staff across departments to provide integrated client service
- Assist in planning and executing audit engagements, ensuring timeliness and quality
- Participate in firm-sponsored continuing education and training programs
- Travel as required for client engagements and firm needs
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience in assurance services
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- CPA eligibility (must have completed required credit hours)
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and auditing standards
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail in all client and team interactions
- Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
