Responsibilities
- Works with the Project Team, Business Technology and Business to assure detailed use cases and business requirements are created.
- Uses professional techniques such as facilitating, JAD sessions, BPR sessions that result in requirements gathering and analysis of need.
- Coordinates with various departments to determine business needs and prepare the requirements.
- Partners with Product Owners for training, tech spotlights, etc. to ensure business user group is fully utilizing new efficiencies.
- Research, diagnoses, and performs issue resolution when business problems arise.
- Partners closely with Product Owner to ensure discovery aligns with product roadmap priority.
- Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
- Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- BA/BS in business or technical field or equivalent work-related experience and training
- 2 years relevant Business System Analyst/Business Analyst and agile development, framework, principals, and practices
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, common diagramming tools, and project/issue management tools (e.g. Project, Jira)
- Strong in leading requirement gathering meetings and documenting User Stories.
- Proficient in project and development lifecycles
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to write SQL queries.
- Ability to lead, motivate and energize team members to accomplish project deliverables.
- Proficient problem-solving ability
