Robotic Process Automation Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced RPA Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotic process automation (RPA), particularly with Power Automate and Blue Prism, and extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end automation solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and product owners to identify automation opportunities and drive successful implementation.

• Identify and evaluate RPA use cases in collaboration with business teams.
• Analyze, assess, and determine automation feasibility for business processes.
• Document detailed business process requirements and automation solutions.
• Design, develop, and test RPA workflows, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Define and enforce best practices and standards for RPA development.
• Perform quality assurance on all automated processes before deployment.
• Deploy RPA components, including bots, development tools, and repositories.
• Provide support during the launch and post-implementation of RPA solutions.
• Create comprehensive process documentation and user manuals.
• Train delivery teams to independently manage and maintain deployed automations.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate RPA into broader IT initiatives.
• Stay updated on emerging RPA tools, trends, and technologies.

• 15 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in RPA.
• Proven experience in identifying, designing, and deploying RPA solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate and Blue Prism.
• Expertise in business process analysis and process re-engineering.
• Familiarity with code repositories, development frameworks, and automation architecture.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to train and mentor teams for RPA self-sufficiency.
