Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Salesforce release and testing activities
- Define and manage test plans, test cases, and quality assurance processes
- Develop and maintain technical and release documentation
- Support deployment, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting of applications
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data mappings, and process flows
- Monitor system health, analyze issues, and implement maintenance procedures
- Apply best practices for scalability, performance, and supportability
- Support estimation, planning, and Agile (Kanban) delivery activities
Required Experience & Skills
- 7 years of experience in IT systems analysis and enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of SaaS and packaged application principles
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills
Preferred
- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (SD / OTC)
- Experience with Pricefx
- Agile / Kanban experience
