ACI MTS PRODUCT CONSULTANT

We are seeking a Product Consultant with strong hands-on experience in ACI MTS implementations and payment modernization. The role will support end-to-end implementation activities, including solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end ACI MTS implementations.
• Analyze business requirements and map them to MTS product capabilities.
• Support solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Develop implementation plans, migration strategies, and risk mitigation approaches.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and drive timely resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, implementation plans, and operational documentation.
• Provide MTS implementation expertise and best practices.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven hands-on experience with ACI MTS product implementation.
• Strong understanding of payment processing and payment modernization.
• Experience delivering multiple MTS implementations from initiation through production.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with ACI UPF.
• Experience with Real-Time Payment Systems (RTPS).
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 payment messaging standards.
• Experience with ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, SWIFT, SEPA, or similar payment systems.
• Understanding of payment workflows, settlement, reconciliation, and exception management.
• Experience in banking and financial services payment operations.
