Job Description:
- Lead and support end to end MTS implementations across payment modernization programs
- Participate in solution design configuration integration testing deployment and production support activities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders architects vendors and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation
- Analyze client requirements and map them to MTS product capabilities
- Support implementation planning migration strategies and risk mitigation activities
- Coordinate SIT UAT production deployment and hypercare support
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide timely resolution
- Document business requirements functional specifications implementation plans and operational procedures
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful program delivery
- Provide implementation expertise and best practices based on prior MTS engagements
Required Skills Experience
Mandatory
- Proven experience in MTS product implementation
- Strong understanding of payment processing systems and payment modernization programs
- Experience delivering multiple MTS implementations from initiation through production deployment
- Ability to contribute independently with minimal supervision and rampup effort
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
Preferred
- Handson experience with RTPS RealTime Payment Systems
- Experience supporting domestic and international payment platforms
- Knowledge of payment message standards including ISO 20022
- Experience with ACH Wire RTP FedNow SWIFT SEPA or equivalent payment systems
- Exposure to banking and financial services payment operations
- Understanding of payment workflows settlement processes reconciliation and exception management
