What You’ll Do
As a Brokerage Sales Representative, you’ll drive new business growth and manage customer relationships by:
- Prospecting and building relationships with new shipping customers
- Developing and growing customer accounts over time
- Quoting lanes, negotiating rates, and securing freight opportunities
- Partnering with operations to ensure smooth, on-time execution
- Tracking sales activity and maintaining organization within a CRM
- Becoming a trusted freight partner, not just another sales call

Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree in business, sales, logistics or transportation preferred, but not required.
- Ability to prospect, generate leads, and initiate new business conversations.
