Job Title: IT Administrator (TS/SCI Cleared)
Location: MacDill AFB, FL
Position Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Salary Range: $80-95,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Summary:
The IT Administrator provides on-site support for all systems/services/networks operated and maintained by the Executive Communications Technical Support Team.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, including fixing network issues along with updating equipment and software.
• Provide technical support in the management of networks, software, hardware, configurations, and architectures.
• Troubleshoot moderately complex system hardware and software issues.
• Train end users on the proper use of hardware and software.
• Perform software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.
• Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimum performance levels.
• Ensure workstation/server data integrity by implementing standard software and hardware solutions.
• Ensure data/media recoverability by following a schedule of system backups and database archive operations.
• Conduct hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
Qualifications:
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Applicable DoD 8140 or DoD 8570 Certification: CompTIA Security
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance is required to be considered for this opportunity.
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
