Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Specialist to handle payroll processing and related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience using Payroll Relief and QuickBooks, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Spanish-speaking REQUIRED to better serve our diverse client base.

Responsibilities:

• Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll using Payroll Relief
• Manage payroll data entry, adjustments, and employee records
• Prepare and file payroll tax reports
• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with QuickBooks bookkeeping as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to clients in both English and Spanish (if applicable)
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state payroll regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous payroll experience required
• Proficiency in Payroll Relief and QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Spanish-speaking REQUIRED
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• High school diploma required (Associate’s degree in accounting or related field is a plus)

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time or part-time hours available
• Pay range: $13–$16/hour, based on experience
