- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for various clients.
- Manage payroll processing and payroll tax filings.
- Prepare and file quarterly tax reports.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting clients with accounting-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in bookkeeping, payroll management, and quarterly reporting.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in an office environment.
- Familiarity with accounting and payroll software.
