Job Description
We're looking for a sharp, execution-focused operator to join Veridooh as our Operations Director (Partnerships) in New York. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role working directly alongside our Co-CEOs, our Sales Leadership and HQ function teams as we accelerate growth across international markets.
You'll be equal parts strategic problem-solver and executional force — identifying what's blocking international revenue, building the partnerships and processes needed to remove those blockers, and making sure things get done.
This isn't a role where you manage the status quo; you'll be building it.
The ideal candidate has thrived in a fast-moving startup or scale-up environment, is deeply comfortable with ambiguity, and knows how to take a problem from first principles to a working solution. Experience in partnerships, client-facing roles, or operational build-outs will be highly valued. Industry background in ad-tech or OOH is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.
What you'll do
- Drive International Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational and commercial blockers across Veridooh's international markets — with a particular focus on the US. Own the diagnosis, the solution, and the outcome.
- Support the Co-CEOs: Work directly with our Co-CEOs as a trusted operational partner — managing priorities, preparing for key meetings, driving follow-through on strategic initiatives, and acting as an extension of exec capacity where needed.
- Build Supplier Onboarding: Lead the design and execution of Veridooh's supplier onboarding process in International Markets with a particular focus on the US — from establishing the framework to managing relationships and ensuring a smooth, scalable experience for new partners.
- Own Partnerships Operations: Manage the day-to-day execution of international partnerships across key stakeholders — tracking progress, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with Media Owner suppliers and other key stakeholders.
- Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with teams across product, commercial, and operations to align on priorities and ensure international initiatives are properly resourced and executed.
- Leverage AI & Technology: Use AI tools and modern technology to improve operational efficiency, automate processes, and help Veridooh move faster at scale. A genuine enthusiasm for AI and emerging tools is essential.
What you'll bring
- Startup/Scale-Up Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment. You've built things, navigated ambiguity, and delivered results without a playbook.
- Partnerships or Client-Facing Background: Experience managing external relationships — whether in partnerships, account management, business development, or a similar function.
- Operational Excellence: A track record of building or improving processes from the ground up. You're as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are in a boardroom.
- AI & Tech Fluency: Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and modern technology. You actively look for ways to use technology to work smarter and faster.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent communicator who can work effectively with senior stakeholders, external partners, and cross-functional teams. You know how to get things done through people.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: You see blockers as puzzles to solve. You move quickly, ask the right questions, and follow through.
- Industry Knowledge (Nice to Have): Familiarity with OOH, ad-tech, or media is a bonus — but a strong operator in any high-growth B2B environment will thrive here.
