Role: Product Owner
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage product initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to define product vision and priorities.
- Create, refine, and manage user stories and product backlog, including utilizing AI tools to improve story creation and documentation.
- Drive requirements gathering and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and customer needs.
- Support Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Contribute to AI-driven product initiatives and identify opportunities to improve delivery through emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner managing large-scale enterprise initiatives.
- Experience working in mid-sized to large organizations.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to create or refine user stories and product documentation.
- Experience participating in or leading AI-related initiatives or products.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with chatbot or conversational AI implementations is a strong plus.
