We are seeking a customer-focused Operations Leader to oversee multi-site operations across multiple locations. This role will lead 4 Area Managers (overseeing Site Managers and Janitorial teams), drive operational excellence, ensure exceptional client service, and improve overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional operations across multiple sites.
- Manage and develop 4 Area Managers and their teams.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure service excellence.
- Drive operational efficiency, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and overall operational performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Travel throughout the assigned region as needed.
Qualifications
- years of multi-site operations leadership experience.
- Strong customer-facing and client relationship management skills.
- Experience managing large field teams through multiple levels of leadership.
- Background in facilities, janitorial, industrial, or service operations preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
