- Create a Safe & Efficient Environment: Establish and maintain a safe, effective, and well-organized work environment for all team members.
- Manage Dispatchers: Ensure smooth dispatch operations, keeping everything on schedule and ensuring no customer is left waiting.
- Handle the Numbers: Oversee bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and accurately.
- Manage Our Fleet: Keep our fleet in tip-top shape, ensuring that vehicles are maintained and ready to go whenever needed.
- 3 years of management experience in skilled trades, military, or a similar industry
- Residential HVAC experience
- Exceptional business and operational acumen
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills, ready to engage and motivate your team
- The ability to hold yourself and your team accountable to meet and exceed company goals
- A visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
- A valid driver’s license (because we’re on the move!)
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required
