Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to understand business needs, define requirements, and support the successful delivery of technology and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
