Job Description :

Looking for a MID-Level Onshore Scrum Master who will perform below responsibilities

• Agile Facilitation - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospective
• sEnsure Scrum practices are followed and continuously improve
• dCoach team members on Agile principles and mindset Team Enablemen
• tIdentify and remove blockers that impact team productivit
• yFoster a collaborative, self-organizing team environmen
• tTrack sprint progress and ensure commitments are met Stakeholder Communication (Onshore Focus
• )Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and offshore delivery team
• sProvide regular updates on sprint progress, risks, and dependencie
• sManage stakeholder expectations and align priorities Delivery & Metric
• sMonitor Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and cycle tim
• eDrive continuous improvement using data and retrospective
• sSupport release planning and backlog refinement Risk & Dependency Managemen
• tIdentify risks early and coordinate mitigation plan
• sManage cross-team dependencies, especially in distributed environment

Required Skills & Qualificatio

• nsExperience 6-8 years of overall IT experience 4 years as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitat
• orExperience working with distributed/onshore-offshore teams Core Skills Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile framewor
• ksExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills Conflict resolution and problem-solving abili
• tyAbility to coach teams and influence without authority Tools & Technologies Agile tools like Rally (preferred), Jira, or Azure DevO
