Job Description:

  • 10 years of hands-on Software Engineering experience with enterprise-scale distributed systems
  • Strong expertise in AWS Cloud, Cloud-Native Architecture & Enterprise Solutions
  • Deep hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core / .NET 6
  • Extensive experience designing Microservices, REST APIs, Distributed & Event-Driven Architectures
  • Proven experience at Senior Staff / Principal Architect level with cross-team technical influence
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Automated Testing & Modern Software Delivery
  • Experience defining Technical Strategy, Architecture Standards, Roadmaps & Engineering Best Practices
  • Strong focus on Scalability, Resiliency, Security, Accessibility & Performance
  • Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI, Agent-Based Systems, Multi-Agent Architecture & RAG Pipelines
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and technical leadership skills
